The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences - The Luxury Urban Sanctuary

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Leela Palace Gurgaon, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with top-notch amenities. The plush bedding, elegant décor, and stunning city views make for an unforgettable experience. The bathrooms are equally luxurious, with high-end fittings, a deep soaking tub, and premium toiletries that enhance the stay. The service at The Leela is what truly sets it apart. A special mention to Sahil and Rekha from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our visit was seamless and personalized. From thoughtful gestures to making special arrangements, their hospitality was exceptional!

Duty manager Randev was extremely helpful and cordial. He made us feel very comfortable and attended to our personal requests very swiftly. The room upgrade at the time of check in was extremely smooth and swift. The food at spectra was better than previous stays and visits. The service staff were super attentive, prompt and cordial.

The property was beautiful and world class, very clean and close to shopping/restaurants as it is connected to a mall. Additionally, the service was prompt, room was spacious and clean, room service was fantastic (especially the pad thai!), and the amenities provided were perfect. Location was a little out from Delhi city center, but was easy to get into City and hotel was quiet despite being in a bustling area.

Everything perfect but I was particularly struck by the policy of inclusion adopted by the hotel: porters, assistants kitchen and waiters were invariably deaf, mute or even both that were given an opportunity to work. It was so emotional to see how they were professional and did excellent job!Congratulations! May your example be followed by others!

Room is wonderful and maintained very well. The entire staff is very courteous especially the breakfast crew. The house-keeping staff is very prompt and courteous. A shout out to Raj & Amit Saroha on the 2nd floor for excellent service.
